Question:  Does Arizona DJs charge for the time that they are setting up or tearing down?
Answer:  No!  We only charge for the contracted time that we are providing our services. The DJ plans on getting to the event and leaving with enough time to setup / teardown. The Customer is not charged for this time.
 
Question:  Will the DJ stay longer then the contracted time if asked?
Answer:  Yes!  As long as the Customer agrees to pay the Arizona DJs hourly rate for that additional time to the DJ before he or she leaves the event. Additional time is billed in half hour increments and is rounded up to the nearest half hour.
Example: If the DJ was asked to stay for an addition 2 hours and 20 minutes, the Customer would be expected to pay the DJ for an additional 2 and 1/2 hour (2.5 x Arizona DJs hourly rate) before the DJ leaves.
 
Question:  Are lights included in the quoted price?
Answer:  Yes!  If the event is at night or inside a darken room were lights will show up, Arizona DJs will setup a basic light package at no addition cost to the Customer. The basic light package includes strobes, laser, lights that move to the music (dance lights) and an optional mirror ball. An optional fog machine can also be setup per the Customers request.
 
Question:  Can Arizona DJs setup and provide there services in a area with no power?
Answer:  Yes!  The sound equipment can be powered by a generator. Fore instance, an event in a park with no power or on a remote area of a ranch. Either Arizona DJs can provide the generator with an additional cost or the Customer can provide the generator for the DJ.
 
Question:  Does Arizona DJs have extra charges for additional equipment?
Answer:  Only if the additional equipment is not considered part of the normal Arizona DJs equipment package!
Here are some examples of equipment that we would charge extra for: Remote Speakers, Concert Style Speakers and Sound System (audience over 500 people), Generator, Stage Equipment, Dance Floor and Video Equipment. The extra cost for this equipment can be quoted on request.
 
Question:  Does Arizona DJs have extra charges for traveling outside the Tucson area?
Answer:  Only if the location is outside of what Arizona DJs considers its normal service area!
Here are some examples of locations considered part of Arizona DJs normal service area and would not have any extra charges: City of Tucson or South Tucson, Suburbs of Tucson, Any location within a 40 mile radius from Tucson or South Tucson City limits, Old Tucson Studios, City of Vail, City of Sahuarita, City of Oro Valley, City of Catalina, City of Marana. The extra cost for traveling outside of our normal service area can be quoted on request.
